3. Body Shape: Make her look less skinny; add a more noticeable belly/paunch. Reinstate the cropped top to show more flesh.
4. Hair: Tone down the hair loss for a more balanced look while keeping some impact.
5. Under-Eye Area: Replace the rash with dark circles/eye bags for relatability.
6. Eyelashes & Eyebrows: Add short or sparse eyelashes and eyebrows to maintain realism.
